Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

At Henchin Thota Farmstay, we strive to provide a pleasant experience for all our guests. We understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness. Please review the details below:<\/p>\n

1. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund of the booking amount, minus a \u20b9500 processing fee.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the check-in date: 50% refund of the booking amount.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date: No refund will be issued.<\/p>\n

2. No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf If the guest fails to arrive without prior notice (no-show), the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.<\/p>\n

3. Early Check-Out<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf If the guest decides to check out earlier than the scheduled departure date, the unused nights will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

4. Security Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0A security deposit is collected at the time of check-in and is non-refundable if any house rules are violated or if there is damage to the property or its amenities.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0If no violations or damages are reported, the security deposit will be refunded by 6:00 PM on the day of check-out via UPI transfer.<\/p>\n

5. Refund Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0All eligible refunds will be processed through UPI transfer or the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0The refund amount may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank\u2019s processing time.<\/p>\n

6. Special Circumstances<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions), we may offer a rescheduling option or a partial refund at our discretion.<\/p>\n
