Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Welcome to Henchin Thota Farmstay. We are delighted to host you and look forward to providing you with a memorable stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

1. Check-In & Check-Out<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. A grace period of up to 1 hour may be provided based on availability.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Late check-outs may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n

2. Water Usage<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf We provide RO-filtered water for your convenience. Please use the water dispensers available and avoid single-use plastics.<\/p>\n

3. Smoking & Alcohol Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the rooms.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Social drinking and smoking are permitted only in designated outdoor areas within the farm.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0For the comfort of our neighbors, drinking and smoking outside the farm premises are not allowed.

4. Pets<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0We are a pet-friendly property, but only trained pets are allowed. Pets must not harm our farm animals or disrupt other guests.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Pets are not allowed inside the rooms. Kindly use the designated pet areas for their comfort.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Pet owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior and well-being during their stay.<\/p>\n

5. Safety & Security<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0The main gates will remain locked for security purposes. Please request the caretaker to open them when necessary.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. All guests must provide a valid ID at the time of check-in.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Possession or use of drugs and narcotics is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit.<\/p>\n

6. Noise Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf Music is permitted until 10:00 PM. We request guests to maintain a peaceful environment after this time to respect the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

7. Housekeeping & Cleanliness<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Please help us maintain the cleanliness of the property. If the place is found excessively dirty upon check-out, an additional cleaning fee of up to \u20b910,000 may be charged.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Kindly avoid leaving lights, fans, and AC on when you are not in the rooms.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Close all doors to prevent insects and farm pests from entering.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0We request guests to leave their footwear outside the house and rooms.<\/p>\n

8. Refund & Security Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0A security deposit is collected at check-in and is non-refundable if any house rules are violated.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by 6:00 PM on the day of check-out via UPI transfer.<\/p>\n

9. Special Requests<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf We are happy to accommodate special requests, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance for any specific requirements.<\/p>\n

10. General Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Guests are requested to respect the property and the surrounding neighborhood.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Any damages to the property or its amenities will be charged to the guest.<\/p>\n

\u25cf \u00a0Henchin Thota Farmstay reserves the right to evict guests who violate these terms and conditions without any refund.<\/p>\n
