Refund Policy
At Henchin Thota Farmstay, we strive to provide a pleasant experience for all our guests. We understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness. Please review the details below:
1. Cancellation Policy
● Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund of the booking amount, minus a ₹500 processing fee.
● Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the check-in date: 50% refund of the booking amount.
● Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date: No refund will be issued.
2. No-Show Policy
● If the guest fails to arrive without prior notice (no-show), the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
3. Early Check-Out
● If the guest decides to check out earlier than the scheduled departure date, the unused nights will not be refunded.
4. Security Deposit
● A security deposit is collected at the time of check-in and is non-refundable if any house rules are violated or if there is damage to the property or its amenities.
● If no violations or damages are reported, the security deposit will be refunded by 6:00 PM on the day of check-out via UPI transfer.
5. Refund Process
● All eligible refunds will be processed through UPI transfer or the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request.
● The refund amount may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.
6. Special Circumstances
● In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions), we may offer a rescheduling option or a partial refund at our discretion.
● If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 7 days before your check-in date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on seasonal rates.
